Frequently asked questions
Is the 1,000 m range achieved everywhere?
No. This value applies in open field. Buildings, metal structures and terrain can reduce it. Contact us to discuss display placement.
Do the displays need an IT network to connect them?
No. The Central Unit communicates with the displays over 2.4 GHz radio frequency, with no network cabling. Each display is still powered from the mains or by battery.
Can the displays be installed outdoors?
Yes. They are IP65-rated and suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
What are the power consumption and battery life?
These values depend on the configuration and use. We provide them for your project on request.
How are the displays mounted?
With a VESA 100 × 100 or 200 × 100 mount: on a wall, on a pole or suspended.
What is the warranty?
1 year, parts and labour, return to base.
