Privacy and cookies

This policy explains what personal data SignaleX processes on the signalex.fr site, why, for how long, and how to exercise your rights.

Contact form

  • Data collected: name, email address, message and subject of your request; company and phone number if you provide them; site language and the date of your consent.
  • Purpose: to respond to your request (information, demonstration, technical question) and follow up on our exchanges.
  • Legal basis: your consent, given by ticking the box provided in the form (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You may withdraw it at any time.
  • Recipients: the SignaleX staff responsible for handling your request, and our host for technical storage. Your data is neither sold nor transferred to third parties.

Audience measurement (Google Analytics)

Only with your consent, we use Google Analytics 4, a Google service, to measure site traffic (pages viewed, traffic sources, device type) and improve the site.

  • No Google Analytics script or cookie is loaded until you have accepted. The site uses Google Consent Mode, set to decline by default.
  • You can accept or decline just as easily. Declining has no effect on your access to the site.
  • Your choice is kept for 6 months. We then ask you again.
  • You can withdraw or change your consent at any time using the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of each page.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act (loi Informatique et Libertés), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent and to set instructions regarding what happens to your data after your death.

Complaints
